IS there an extradition treaty between the U.S. and Brazil?
I am helping a law student friend on a project and we keep getting conflicting information in every place we look. Does anyone know FOR SURE is there is or is not an EXTRADITION TREATY between the United States and Brazil IN EFFECT at this time? What is the source information for your answer, please?
