As a medical student in Brazil, no income, living in Brazil how can I sponser my parents immigrate to USA?

As a medical student in Brazil, no income, living in Brazil how can I sponser my parents immigrate to USA?
I am medical student in Brazil (UFF) niteroi and my parents always dreamed to go back to USA and get my suport as a sponser, however, as a student and no income I do not know how to help them. My parents live on rent income, their properties worth over a million real, it does not show on income tax though. ...I am a 21 years old USA citizen living in brazil for the last 5 years ...as said before, I do not have income but my parents have enough assets ( real state properties) and the rent alone exceeds the minimal amount requested by the USA gov. ( 125%) above poverty line, therefore, even if they immigrate to USA, they will still be collecting their rentals, wouldn`t that be a case for them to add the form I-864A ?

If you have no money, you cant. There are fees to be paid and if you cant pay them you cant apply.
2 :
Sponsor and no income don't belong in the same sentence except to say "I can't sponsor you because I have no income."
3 :
You honestly need income, and solid proof. The sponsorship process requires that you show that you can support both parents for at least one year. If you just want a visa for them then they'll need to show proof of income, that they have enough ties to Brazil. If they get a visa, then they can fly back and forth every 6 months, looking for a job in the meantime, to help build your account, and whatnot

You cannot sponsor them if you aren't living here. Without sufficient income on your part, they will be turned down.

Do you know Luciano Jose' A. Oliveira from Recife, Brazil, who was an exchange student in Iowa in 1976?
Luciano lived with a host family in Riverton, Iowa, and attended high school in Farragut, Iowa. Luciano and another student from Brazil, Maria Gimenez, became good friends of mine. I lost touch with them over the years. Maria also stayed with a host family in Riverton, Iowa. They both graduated with my older brother's class of 1976.

i have no idea???????????

The "A." is very important there... otherwise it would be a much too common name. I searched the guy and found a "Luciano Jose de Oliveira Accioly". Please check if that's the guy. In case it is, you'll find him easily in the internet. To find him, it would be best to know what the "A." means.

Wow -- lucky you! An exchange year is a wonderful thing! My first advice to you is to get a hold of a copy of Rosetta Stone for Brasilian Portuguese and get some of the language down. If you are outside the really big cities, there's not a lot of English! I've hosted a Brasilian student and known a couple of others. In general, I've found them open, kind hearted and fun! You'll find many things more relaxed than in the U.S. As to surfing -- that depends upon where you go in the country, so don't depend upon it! Brasil is huge! Like the U.S. there are many distinct "personalities" to different areas. You'll find the north much different from the south for example. For some basic information, contact the Brasilian embassy or consulate that's the closest to you. They'll have lots of good stuff ... here's their website: http://www.brazilsf.org/brazil_culture_eng.htm This page has lots of good stuff too: http://www.kwintessential.co.uk/resources/global-etiquette/brazil-country-profile.html For good stuff on being an exchange student in general, go to this site: http://www.exchangestudentworld.com/ It's an exchange student community. And finally, relax, enjoy yourself and have a great time!

Are you a college student now? If you're still in high school, take a look at the programs offered by A.F.S. As I recall their programs are for students up to one year after high school graduation. If you are in college, your college should have information on international study opportunities. I'd start with the advising department or the language department. If you are really on your own, try this link: http://www.sit.edu/studyabroad/country/brazil.html or http://www.nd.edu/~intlstud/locations/brazil/rio2.htm Make sure you check out any program thoroughly. This is a major step you are taking. Good luck.
