No, you can't.

No. Visas are not issued in the US and you would now be ineligible to receive one due to your violation. Had you applied for a change of status to student while still in lawful status that would have been possible. Now you only face deportation.
3 :
Of course not, you are being looked for and when caught will get deported.
4 :
No, the law requires you to apply for a student visa in Brazil. If you leave before the age of 18 1/2 years old, you will not get a bar on re-entry, but it will be very hard for you to be approved for a student or another tourist visa because your prior illegal stay makes you a high risk of overstaying again and trying to immigrate. You might as well apply. You have nothing to lose but the application fees. You must do in Brazil, however. You absolutely cannot apply here.

There are no visas given to illegal people. That's the whole purpose of them. You would need to return home and apply for a US visa from Brazil. Otherwise your chances for being successful in the US are not good. Illegal alien means you did not enter the US legally to begin with. Therefore the first law you broke in the US was being here. You can have the best grades in the world but that only means you are smart about school work. If you wish to be smart about your future, utilize your intelligence and go back to Brazil before you end up on some list and get deported. You see, the illegal people who don't get caught, don't try to get favors they do not deserve. I am being factual without being rude. I am telling you things you may not wish to hear but they are the truth and the truth will follow you forever.
6 :
visas are issued in consulates outside of the US only You have to go home and apply properly
7 :
No,you have to file for a student visa outside of the country. Since you went to school here while admitted on a tourist visa, you are going to have problems. You will not become a legal resident without going back to your home country and applying to come back with a visa. A student visa will not get you a green card.

Look, I live here in Brazil and I'm translating everything. Do not really understand what you want, do not know what the question means "hot issues of Brazil, the Brazilians are not that stupid, that I'm 13 years old. If you're wondering about those issues that are occurring here agoar is not much, but this: The case of the massacre in Rio de Janeiro, you can search Google. Is the crown in 2014, almost nothing that is not ready ... research, do not know if the subject is the same ... Look, I advise you to enter Brazil on yahoo and ask the question translating, like me. Good luck and will love Brazil!

defiling of rain forest and hot women.

I would focus your paper on the Brazilian economy. Brazil is tapping into their offshore oil reserves and poised to make a ton of money, especially from the U.S., since the U.S. prefers to import oil rather than use their own. Violence and corruption are also major issues in Brazil as well. With the World Cup coming to Rio de Janeiro in 2014 and the Olympics in 2016, Brazil is making a concerted effort to reduce violence and make the country as tourist-friendly as possible. Tourism has boomed in recent years in Brazil and will only increase due to these high-profile events coming up.

Converting Student Visa to Permanent Residence in Canada?

Converting Student Visa to Permanent Residence in Canada?
Is it possible for an international student (from Brazil) while holding on to a student visa to apply for Canadian permanent residency while they study in a Canadian university?

I will likely be difficult, but there is a possibility. Contact the Canadian Department of Immigration and Naturalisation and ask how you'd have to go about doing so...legally. Good Luck!
2 :
No you have absolutely no right to permanent residency. However, there is a new immigration class for graduates, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2008/2008-08-12a.asp You would first have to graduate at least a 2 year program, then get a graduate work permit, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad.asp to get your at least one year work experience and then you can apply for PR under this class.
3 :
You cannot change your student visa to a permanent resident visa. You must abide by the guidelines you agreed to when you obtained your student visa. One of the guidelines states that you will leave Canada at a pre-determined date. You will be eligible to apply for PR once you have used your student visa and return to your home country.
4 :
I think first you need to stay for work after your studies and you must apply for a work permit, how to do it here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad.asp and after if you want to stay in Canada permanently, you must qualify under one of the permanent resident categories, such as the skilled worker category. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
5 :
no

What does a "psttttttttt!" sound mean for people of Brazil?

What does a "psttttttttt!" sound mean for people of Brazil?
I have a friend who's an exchange student from Brazil and he sometimes makes a "psttttttt!" sound at me when he sees me in school or outside of school. I don't think it's meant to be rude, becasue he smiles or laughs after he does it. Is this some type of cultural thing or something? Just curious.
