i moved to usa when i was 2 years old and just came back to brazil now and im 17 i wanna go back i have a mother and a younger brother thats still their,what are the chance of me being able to get my student visa and returning to the usa...

If you can prove that you have enough finances to pay for your tuition and living costs, and you did not live in the US illegally, then your chances are good.
