Study abroad in Seoul, South Korea or Sao Paulo, Brazil?
I am a Business (Supply Chain Management) major at Arizona State University and am looking to stud abroad for 6 weeks this summer. The two programs I am looking into are: Seoul, South Korea: Korea University's International Summer Campus (ISC) serves as an international hub for academic dialogue during summer - For Korean students, it is a gateway to experience quality education that prepares them for global leadership. For International students, it is an opportunity to learn about Korea and Korean culture, politics, economy and history. ISC opens the door to globalization and increases mutual understanding among people with diverse backgrounds. ISC provides an opportunity to spend six weeks in one of Asia's most dynamic cities, while taking courses alongside Koreans and other international students (taught in English) that will fit directly into an ASU degree. Sao Paulo, Brazil: This program will focus on doing business in Brazil with a special emphasis on building cross-cultural relationships in the Brazilian context. Students will have several lectures in English from the Brazilian faculty members of IBMEC and lectures from Dr. Jane Carey of ASU. There will be visits to Brazilian companies including Unibanco and a model farm and Brazilian cultural venues in Sao Paulo. There is also an outing to Barro do Sahy which is a resort area near Sao Paulo

ISIC Student Identification: Accepted in London?

ISIC Student Identification: Accepted in London?
I've heard that Students from countries outside the European Community (such as Brazil) are not entitled to get a reduction from the Museum fees in London, although the ISIC Student Identification is accepted internationally... Is this true?

Most of the museums in London (including the British Museum, the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum do not charge entrance fees). On those that do charge fees there is no obligation on them to give reductions to students. Some will accept an ISIC card but other will insist on an NUS (National Union of Students) card which is only given to most British students.

English people only need to use "the" (o/a) when we really need it, so we would just say "Brazil" and not "THE Brazil".
3 :
I read some books about Brazil (travel books), and I think, Brazil is a beautiful country! Your English is understandable. Not bad! Try to improve your English-knowledge by reading and listening English texts! Best wishes!

Brazil is a dangerous place to visit..

Sorry pal. Your english is very bad. I am brazilian too. You are making too many LITERAL translations from portuguese to english!!! "one little" - um pouco. Não faz sentido em inglês! "the brazil" - o Brasil. Em inglês, vc NUNCA usa artigo na frente de nomes próprios! Isso é BÁSICO DO BÁSICO.

First it depends how old are you. If your old engough to meet up with her you can. But the best thing to do is to make time to hang out with her.
