How do you call the last round of beers in a pub or a bar?
I'm a teacher of english in Brazil and students asked me how to say "saideira" in english. Saideira is the popular name of the last round of beers just before you and your friends leave the bar. (it's not the the last round of the bar, just for you and your friends)

I'm not sure I've ever heard of a single word or phrase that would designate the last round for a person or group. I've always used "One more and cash me out" prior to receiving my last drink. Mostly, my friends and I have to be given last call because we refuse to stop drinking.

I don't think we have a specific term for the last round among a group drinking together. Night cap is probably the closest youre gonna get, and thats a stretch.
