Since China is a huge economic power and will likely dominate ( along with India) world markets, you should consider learning Chinese. Be sure to check your spelling: it is not "carrier" but "career". As a future lawyer you will be aware of the power of words, and correct spelling is vital. Hope this helps.

Brazil is a developing country and a newly industrialized nation. It still has many problems with poverty, but the economy and standard of living have improved a lot in the last decade or so. It's always been rich country because it has many great resources.
2 :
Could you start with learning English before asking?
3 :
Brazil is a rich country with a high percentage of poor people. This is primarily due to the lack of education amongst the poor and the correspondingly low literacy rate. The one thing that gets overlooked is that Brazil has the highest percentage and number of happy people in the world. The Scandanavian countries are the lowest.

Which cities do you intend to visit in Brazil?
2 :
Rio is beautiful and amazing. Your best option I think. There are many resources online for researching. There are a few hostel websites that you should look at. Just type "hostels" into any search field and you'll get a list. That may be a good option for you (low cost and others that are younger).

Do I count as an international student to colleges?
Do I count as an international student to colleges?
I'm a U.S citizen and I lived in America until the 7th grade, but since then due to my dads job I've lived in different countries like China, India and Brazil, and as far as I know I will be graduating from the American School of Paris. I was wondering if colleges will consider me an international student? I mean international student in America*

You are an American citizen, meaning that you are an International student to every other country in the world, an a Out-of-State student in America, unless you move back with your parents, they might give you In-State if you attend in the state that they move to.
