As a medical student in Brazil, no income, living in Brazil how can I sponser my parents immigrate to USA?
I am medical student in Brazil (UFF) niteroi and my parents always dreamed to go back to USA and get my suport as a sponser, however, as a student and no income I do not know how to help them. My parents live on rent income, their properties worth over a million real, it does not show on income tax though. ...I am a 21 years old USA citizen living in brazil for the last 5 years ...as said before, I do not have income but my parents have enough assets ( real state properties) and the rent alone exceeds the minimal amount requested by the USA gov. ( 125%) above poverty line, therefore, even if they immigrate to USA, they will still be collecting their rentals, wouldn`t that be a case for them to add the form I-864A ?

If you have no money, you cant. There are fees to be paid and if you cant pay them you cant apply.

Sponsor and no income don't belong in the same sentence except to say "I can't sponsor you because I have no income."

You honestly need income, and solid proof. The sponsorship process requires that you show that you can support both parents for at least one year. If you just want a visa for them then they'll need to show proof of income, that they have enough ties to Brazil. If they get a visa, then they can fly back and forth every 6 months, looking for a job in the meantime, to help build your account, and whatnot

You cannot sponsor them if you aren't living here. Without sufficient income on your part, they will be turned down.
